Students of Semester 1 are instructed to fill the above Google form for choosing mode (Online/Offline) of internal exam. You have to fill this Google form till tomorrow i.e. 18/01/2022, Tuesday.1:30pm.
Please select the exam mode keeping in mind your caution.
Those who will select offline mode of exam have to compulsorily wear mask and follow SOP of government.
If any COVID symptoms appear during while entering the premises, they will not be allowed to sit.
